We utilise the HICAPS electronic claims system allowing the convenience of access to participating health funds. Direct claiming means that the gap is the amount you will need to settle on the day of your appointment. Please bring your health fund card to each visit.
We appreciate that your time is valuable and that it is important to maintain your schedule. We aim to run on time for each and every appointment so waiting times are kept to an absolute minimum. To help us stay on schedule, we ask that you arrive a few minutes before your appointed time so we can commence each appointment promptly.
